Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can and we do not sell your data. This page lists exactly what is collected, why, who processes it, and how you can get it back or have it deleted.
1. What we collect
| When | What | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You create an account | Name, email address, country/region | To identify your order and send the guide |
| You check out | Email address, plan, order amount, order date | To deliver the file and handle refunds |
| You pay | Payment is completed on our payment provider's page; we receive only a confirmation, a transaction reference and the last four digits of the card | To confirm the payment |
| You contact us | Your name, email and the content of your message | To answer you |
| You browse | Language preference, cart contents, and — if you signed up — your name and email, stored in your own browser (localStorage on your device). We also store a session cookie where the site needs one. | To remember your language and cart between pages |
We do not ask for and do not store card numbers, CVC codes, bank credentials or government ID.
2. Who processes it
- Payment provider — the checkout page you are redirected to; it handles your card data under its own privacy policy and PCI obligations.
- Email delivery — used to send your download link and order receipt.
- Form delivery — our contact form is relayed by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) to our inbox.
- Live chat — the chat widget on this site is provided by tawk.to; if you open it, tawk.to may set its own cookies and see the pages you viewed.
- Hosting — our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.
We do not currently run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before any tracker is enabled.
3. Why we are allowed to use it
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (delivering what you bought, handling refunds), legitimate interests (keeping the site secure, answering your message, improving the guide), and consent where we ask for it, such as subscribing to the newsletter. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or writing to us.
4. How long we keep it
- Order and account records: as long as needed to provide the guide and updates, and for the period accounting and tax law requires afterwards.
- Support emails: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
- Server logs: typically 30 days or less.
5. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive it in a portable format. Write to the address in section 8; we answer within 30 days and will not charge you.
You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in the EU or UK, that is the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
6. International transfers
The service is operated from China, and the processors listed in section 2 are located in various countries including the United States. Your data may therefore be transferred outside your country. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard offered by the processor.
7. Children
The guide is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Contact
Privacy questions and data requests: luohuiyong@126.com.
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to the people who need it to fulfil orders and answer support mail. No system is perfect; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.
10. Changes to this policy
If we start using a new processor, add a newsletter or enable analytics, this page will be updated and the date at the top changed. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
